Heer / Waffen-SS M42-model steel-helmet ('Stahlhelm') being a green-coloured example.
The piece - which shows a lot-number stamped in its rim that reads: '5' - comes with its complete and totally intact liner that misses its cord. The liner bears a clearly visible ink-stamp that reads: '58'. The helmet comes without chinstrap. The shell looks to be unmarked.
The helmet never had any decal and shows an almost completely preserved coloured surface (that just shows some minimal age, paint-loss and/or some scratches).
