SS (ie. Waffen-SS or: Allgemeine-SS) silver-coloured, visor-cap-eagle ('Adler für Schirmmütze') being a by: 'Ferdinand Wagner' produced example. The attractive piece - that was both for EM/NCO- and officers'-usage - is clearly stamped on its back with the makers-designation: 'RzM - M1/8' and can as such be attributed to the: 'Ferdinand Wagner'-company situated in the town of Pforzheim. The piece is constructed from ('frosted') silvered metal (ie. 'Buntmetall') and retains both its period prongs (which were never bent nor used). The piece was never cap-attached and can easily be graded 'mint-/unissued'.
