A Ordnungspolizei dress tunic to a Leutnant der Schutzpolizei. Constructed with four pockets and piping around the cuffs, the collar and the button line. Including the matching trousers.
The tunic is named to Wachtmeister der Schutzpolizei Oerne and dated 1938. This explains the tunic was promoted period time by the owner or a tailor who changed the insignia for him.
Collar tabs: Officer's pattern. Attached by hand. Previous Stichting holes visible.
Shoulder boards: Leutnant. Sewn-in
Sleeve eagle badge: period time attached by hand. Officer's pattern.
Lining: fine green silk lining.
Buttons: Complete and period time attached.
Tailor's tag: In place. Providing date and name ot the owner.
Including an aiguilette. Nice condition. Only minor moth bites.
Matching breeches with complete buttons. Green lining. Size markings visible. No moth damage.
