Original German WW1 period time M16 helmet with a rare "mimikry" camo paint.
Shell:
About 90% of the shell's period time camo paint present. A two-color (brown and green) so-called "mimikry" paint with black borders.
The was hit by a bullet or shrapnel and shows a hole.
Markings: No markings visible
Lining: Leather pads damaged and dry. One separated.
Liner ring: Leather. Repairs.
Rivets: original. All prongs in place.
