Description

Large medal bar with five decorations: First an Iron Cross 2nd class, 1914, on combatant ribbon, followed by a Hamburg Hanseatic Cross, then the exceedingly rare Weimar Veterans’ Association Cross of Honor (this is only loosely connected to the bar), Kyffhäuser commemorative medal for the World War 1914/1918 with a sword clasp on the ribbon, lastly a commemorative medal in memory of the 100th anniversary celebration of the Crown Prince Dragoon Regiment on a ribbon in Brunswick colors.

The medal bar is terminated with remnants of red felt. Needle system intact. In addition, the matching ribbon bar, also with losses of the felt on the reverse.

Despite the age-related wear and tear, a decorative ensemble of a fighter from the First World War.

The Weimar Veterans’ Association Cross of Honor, issued on July 4, 1909, was to be returned to the Order's Chancellery after the death of the recipient.

Very rare ensemble!
