Saxon reservist's mug to a soldier named "Kießling" serving with Kgl. Sächs. 1. Feld-Artillerie-Regiment Nr. 12 from 1897 until 1899.
Porcelain mug. It comes with nice colored pictures. Including a list of names of his comrades, who served with him. The lithophane bottom shows the portrait of Kaiser Wilhelm II. Well visible when the mug is held against the light. Original lid in position. Made from porcelain with a pewter frame. One fine crack inside. The thumb lift shows the Saxon coat of arms.
