This small group of medals consist of the bronze silvered Friedrich Franz Alexandra Cross, an award given to people for acts of compassion.  The cross had to be returned after the recipient’s death. It was awarded between 1912 – 1918. Only 951 crosses were struck by the Berlin mint.

The cross is mounted on a “ladies bow” for wear, just like the also present commemorative medal for Friedrich Franz III, from 1897, in silver. About 3200 medals were struck at the Berlin mint. The medal was awarded to all participants of the funeral proceedings. 14.1 g with ribbon; 30.1 mm

There is lastly a Military Merit Cross 2nd class for the 1870 war. Made from bronze and with ribbon. 17.7 g with ribbon; 46.0 x 40.6 mm
