Careful packing
We pack all the items very carefully to ensure they reach you safely.
Fragile items are now packed using special packing materials for extra protection, free of any extra charge to you. Leave it to our skilled packing, who for more than a decade, have successfully sent porcelain, glass and fragile antiques around the globe.
Daily shipping
After receiving payment, we want you to receive your order as quickly as possible and goods are normally sent out the day we receive payment, unless clearly otherwise stated. We will inform you when the goods are being despatched. Delivery times will vary depending upon delivery destination and type of shipping service you have chosen.
Comfortable tracking
Most of the shipping methods we offer you come with detailed tracking information. We will provide a tracking link to you once your parcel has left our office, allowing you to track it anywhere and from any device.
Customer service
Building up a lifetime customer relationship is our goal. To guarantee your satifcation we offer a full right of return for 14 days after your parcel has arrived. We are happy to assist if there are any questions.
