We pack all the items very carefully to ensure they reach you safely. All medals are now packed using air cushion envelopes for extra protection, free of any extra charge to you. Uniforms are packed in special protection bags.

Despatch (daily shipping)  
After receiving payment, we like you to receive your order as quickly as possible and goods are normally sent out the day I receive payment, unless clearly otherwise stated. We will inform you when the goods are being despatched. Delivery times will vary depending upon delivery destination and type of shipping service you have chosen.

How can I pay for my order?

Choose your payment method when ordering and submit your order. Once your order has been received we will send an invoice including your shipping costs and your payment instructions. After receiving the invoice, the order must be paid within 7 days.
