Important leather bound folder presenting a February 1943 dated parchment (!) citation issued to "Ministerialdirigent Prof.Dr.-Ing.e.h. WILHELM WECHMANN". Wechmann was awarded the "SIEMENS STEPHAN GEDENKPLATTE" for his outstanding service and merites of eletric trains.
