The instructional book "Die pressemäßige Fernfotografie", printed and bound in script form published in 1943. This book is about photo- and photographing requirements, design, operation, and results of the remote camera, the patrol car, and the PM-laboratory train.

Personal copy (No. 32) of the author, the engineer, and designer of the Astro remote cameras, SS-Standartenführer Walter Sohst (1898-1964).

This copy has been expended with some typewritten pages and photographs as well as newspaper clippings. They have been added by the author after 10 years of war captivity. The photographs show the author in uniform, three pictures of the demonstration of a remote camera in front of some military personnel, dated "June 43" (each 8.5 x 13 cm) and a remote camera of the US Army in 1956.
