  You will receive an e-mail confirming your successful bids the day after the auction has ended. In your personal my ratisbon's you will be able to inform us about your most convenient payment method for this order or tell us about an alternative shipping address.
  
  If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we will send an invoice choosing the payment and shipping options which we think are the most comfortable ones to you. If you decide to change your shipping or payment method after receiving your invoice, just drop us a line or visit my ratisbon's/ORDERS for any more details.

Delivery times will vary depending upon the delivery destination and type of shipping service you have chosen.

Description

VIEW DESCRIPTION

Grouping to Obermatrose Hermann Wanke serving as a naval artilleryman with II. Matrosen-Artillerie-Abteilung. Also a member of the German unit at Fort Hamidje in the Dardanelles during World War I.

Turkish Gallipoli Star. Red enameled front. It has a chip. Tombak. One-piece construction. Pinback.

Turkish Gallipoli Star. Turkish manufacturing. Painted type. Pinback.

A certificate stating that he served at Fort Hamidje and was involved in the battles for the Dardanelles from 15.06.1915 until 31.12.1915. Issued on 4.11.1933.

Imperial German Navy Militärpass. Unfortunately, his awards were not listed in the book.

Certificate to German Field Honor Badge. Issued on 7.5.1934. Including the miniature pin.

12 period time portrait and group photos. In two photos you can see that he wears the Gallipoli Star.

17 period time documents (pre-1945).

Signs of use and age. Not easy to find!
