Very fine high quality award. Enameled. "900" silver stamped to the small ring. 1 maker marked. Made by Deschler & Sohn, München- No chips or damage. Very nice condition! On full size ribbon.
Textbook case of issue. Black velvet inlay. "Orden vom Deutschen Adler Verdienstkreuz I. Stufe" (this title was used from 1937-1939) printed to the silk lining. Red outside leather. Sunken gilt national eagle printed to the top. Gold lines. Opening and closing correctly. Signs of use with minor damage to one corner. Size: 14cm + 18cm.
