Description
Wehrmacht (Luftwaffe) camouflaged '3/4-model'-smock as was used by the later-war-period LW-groundtroops ('LW-Felddivisionen') being a example as executed in so-called: water-pattern ('Sumpftarn-Muster').
The piece is clearly used and worn and shows the obvious signs of having been extensively used: it shows faded colours and shows some obvious holes and (minimally) damaged areas. The overall piece is, however, still in an overall complete and collectible condition.
It shows 3 (of its 5) glass-based (front-side) buttons and has 3 (of its 6) metal-based buttons in place. Both arms show the (rusted- but still functional) typical 'snap-on'-buttons in place.
The piece is partially lined with yellow-coloured linnen (as to be expected) and shows a (still readable) size-designation that reads: '44 - 46 - 96 - 88 - 66' followed by an 'RBn.'-number (that reads: 'RBN 260207' or alike).
The smock comes without breast-eagle (traces were it once was attached are visible) and shows two shoulderstrap-lashes.
