Description

Untouched grouping to Oberleutnant Eduard Hoffmann which came straight of his son. It is available on the market for the first time!

Absolutely untouched Luftwaffe officer's visor cap. Originally attached insignia by hand. Fine bullion officer's eagle and wreath badge. Correct officer's chin strap. Silk lining.
Fox markings to the sweat-band which will easily clean off. Not a single moth hole! Good condition 2. Size 57/58. Nice shape!

High-quality privately purchased Luftwaffe 4-pocket service tunic for a Flying troops Oberleutnant. Not named but 100% to Olt. Hoffmann. There look to be two "Kp." unit markings to the inner pocket.

100% period time attached insignia. Hand-embroidered officer's breast eagle. Machine-attached yellow collar tabs. Hand-attached officer's cord and shoulder boards.

Fine silk lining. A hanger to attach his dagger.
All buttons complete and originally attached. Originally attached War Merit Cross ribbon. Loops for one ribbon bar as well as one award.

He must have worn this tunic as a "Spieß" earlier on. There are traces of removed rings to the cuffs. Also, the tunic looks to have been worn with other tabs previously prior to promotion. Again, all insignia are 100% period time attached! His wedding present (a table decoration) confirms he served as an NCO as well).

Medium size. No moth damage! Condition 2.

Well worn Luftwaffe officer's dagger with portepee and hangers. Made by Robert Klaas. Clean, maker marked blade. Originally attached portepee. Fine orange handle without any chips. A scew was inserted to the reverse of the cross guard for unknown reason. Nice patina! Matching hangers in worn condition. Untouched.

A "Mein Kampf" wedding edition presented to Eduard Hoffmann and his wife on 24.12.1943. Filled out by hand. Ink.

Period time table decoration showing an eagle from bronzed zinc. Stone base with originally attached tag engraved: "Zur Hochzeit v. Uffz.Korps Stabs-Komp. Schule/Flg. Ausb.Rgt.22".

Presented as a wedding present from his NCO comrades serving with Flg. Ausb.Rgt.22.

Large cracks to the eagle however the decoration is still firm at this date.
Height: 25cm. Length of the base: 16cm.
