This is a Heer volunteer-armshield (ie. 'Ärmelabzeichen') as executed in the 'BeVo-weave-pattern as was intended for a volunteer who served within the: 'Deutsche Wehrmacht' ie. within the: 'Aserbaidschanisches Legion'.
The armshield shows the typical blue-, red- and green-coloured shield with above the text: 'Aserbaidschan' and is neatly woven in the so-called: 'BeVo'-weave technique: it comes in a virtually mint- ie. unissued condition as recently found.
