Description

Heer M36 field tunic. The earliest pattern issued to the Heer was designed with a dark green color and five buttons. 

Breast eagle: Machine-woven M36 type. EM/NCO. Attached by hand.
Collar tabs: Dark green backing. Attached by hand. "Goldgelb" color piping.
Shoulder boards: Slip-on EM type. "Goldgeld" piping. 
Sleeve badges: Obergefreiter rank badge, "Feuerwerker" badge. Both attached by hand.

Lining. Cotton
Stamps: size stamps and a "W.39" depot marking. "Ch. Muram" (?) maker marked.
Buttons: Period time attached. Complete

A fairly large (still medium size) tunic in unworn condition. Minor moth bites mainly to the upper reverse. Hard to find!
