Kill report document grouping to Hauptmann von Eckart-Wilhelm von Bonin serving with the II./Nachtjagdgeschwader 1 together with his radio operator Oberfeldwebel Johrden. Von Bonin, later Major von Bonin, was credited 37 aerial victories.

Original II./NJG1 issued "Abschussmeldung" (kill report) for the above-mentioned group's kill of a British Halifax aircraft.
The documents state that the mission was a "Wilde Sau" one. The enemy aircraft was shot down over Hulst near Antwerpen.
