WW1 period time German "Truppen-Sauerstoff-Einatmungsgerät" in original case. "Hanseatische Apparatebau-Gesellschaft vorm. L. von Bremen & Co, Kiel - Hamburg" maker marked. The "oxygen pack" was used to provide instant help for soldiers injured by gas. The red cross symbol is still shown to the outer case. The set comes with the original oxygen bottle and the orginal mask as well as the bag. The bottle shows the original blue paint (typical for oxygen bottles). The wooden transport case shows the original name "Truppen-Sauerstoff-Einatmungsgerät" in black letters. The iron fittings of the case show rust. One wooden pannel of the top is missing. Original instruction manual in case.
