Bavarian soldier's table bust to Unteroffizier F. Sandner. He served from 1897 until 1910 with the Königlich Bayerisches Infanterie-Leib-Regiment. The bust was a present of the Unteroffizier Association (NCO) to him.
Bronzed zinc bust. The front shows the Bavarian coat of arms and the lettering "INF LEIB-REGIMENT". The back comes with a separately attached tag, engraved lettering "UNTFFZ. VEREINIG. INF.LEIB.REGT. DEM SCHEIDENDEN KAMERADEN F. SANDNER 1897-1910.". The bottom is constructed from a wooden plate.
A small piece of the helmet is broken off as well as two repairs (arm and neck). See pictures, please.
