An early prewar Luftwaffe photo album of an Unteroffizier serving with 4. Staffel/Fliegergruppe (S). The unit was stationed at the Fliegerhorst in Schleißheim.
The album starts on 12.5.1933 with a troop visit by General Kurt von Hammerstein. In the further course, a visit from Generalfeldmarschall August von Mackensen dated 19.10.1933. Furthermore beautiful aircraft photos (fighter, reconnaissance, glider), aerial photographs, shots of Adolf Hitler at the opening of the "Haus der Deutschen Kunst" in Munich (1937), two photos of Generalfeldmarschall Werner von Blomberg. Including handwritten information inside.
The cover of the album shows a "Bavarian" helmet as well as the lettering "Inf.-Regt. Nr. 19".
