Slovakian VZ32 helmet reissued to a Slovakian soldier serving for Axis troops. Two Slovakian infantry divisions were part of the Eastern Campaign against the Soviet Union.
These helmets had a blue band painted around the base of the shell apparently to distinguish them apart from the Soviet forces. The front there is a white painted "Cross of Lorraine". Complete with the lining. 1938 dated.
Signs of wear. Full original color. Very rare!
