Third Reich Gendarmerie leader's visor cap made by "Albert Schweizer". Fine linen lining with a fine maker marked celluloid diamond. Just below it is a stunning "Beste Deutsche Wertarbeit" sticker. The cap is most probably absolutely unworn otherwise this sticker would have been worn off straight away.
Fresh green cloth cap with a bright orange color piping. Re-attached insignia! You can see holes of previously attached insignia.
Only a few moth bites, no holes.
About 10cm of the visor seam has opened. One crack to the sweat-band where the end of the visor is.
