Description

The badge is made from silvered bronze on a safety pin. Maker’s mark “F.Hoffstäder Bonn” and “ges.gesch.”.

The Potsdam badge was a conference badge introduced in 1932 by the National Socialist German Workers' Party, which was issued in two stages, bronze and silver, on the occasion of the First Reich Youth Day in Potsdam from October 1 to 2, 1932. The bronze convention badge was awarded to spectators and the like, while the silver badge was awarded to active participants.
