VIEW DESCRIPTION

Document grouping to Gefreiten Karl Henl serving with Werfer-Regiment 71 (smoke troops). The 1st and 2nd Abteilung were destroyed in Tunis in spring 1942. 1944 transferred to Italy (used at Cassino in May 1944).

Certificate to Wound Badge in black. Issued on 3. April 1944. Signed by a Major.

Certificate to 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class. Issued on 28. June 1944. Signed by General der Gebirgstruppen Valentin Feurstein (Knight's Cross winner).
