Description

A nice document grouping to Obergefreiten Heinrich Sievert serving with Infanterie-Regiment 191. Part of the 75. Infanterie-Division. Involved in the Battle of Stalingrad.

Certificates to Wound Badge in black, Infantry Assault Badge in silver, and 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class (signed by Generalmajor Alexander von Hartmann, Knight's Cross winner).

Wehrpass issued on 21.6.1938. Original applied photo. Awards: 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class and Wound Badge in black. Killed in action in Stalingrad on 9.9.1942. Noted on page 26. Campaign list from 30.4.1940 until 9.9.1942. Listed on page 32. Including the original cover. 

A letter from a Hauptfeldwebel to his mother. Dated "28.9.1942". The Infantry Assault Badge in silver was posthumously awarded to him.
