Description

Bronze hunting sculpture consisting of two wild boars. It was a gift to SA-Obergruppenführer Wilhelm Brückner. He was Hitler's chief adjutant from 1930 to October 1940. Also, an early 1922 NSDAP member. Awarded the Blood Order, Honour Chevron for the Old Guard, Coburg Badge, and other Third Reich and WWI awards. During WWII he served as an Oberst with Schützenregiment 42. 

The sculpture is made from real bronze. An original attached tag. It comes with the engraved inscription " Ehrenpreis - 500 Jahre Schützen Gesellschaft Konstanz 1938 - Wilhelm Brückner - Adjutant des Führers". Numbered to the bottom.
