Luftwaffe Nachtjagdverband ceramics plaque in case - Holland 1941/1942

Description

The plaque was a present from a soldier named "Born" to radio operator Edelsbrunner. Both served in the Netherlands during WWII. A nice ceramics plaque. The front shows the colored emblem "Englandblitz" of a Nachtjagdverband (night fighter). Dated "HOLLAND 1941". Maker marked to the back. Furthermore an attached paper tag with the text "Funker Edelsbrunner zur Erinnerung an gemeinsame Kriegszeit in Holland im Jahre 1942 von ihrem ...". With the matching cardboard case of issue.

No chipping to the plaque. Size: 10.5x10.5 cm.
