Signed by SS Brigadeführer and Generalmajor of the Waffen-SS Heinz Harmel, commander of the 10. SS-Panzer-Division "Frundsberg“ (Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords winner). Stamped on the back. Two holes.
