Luftwaffe grouping to Hauptmann Karl-Heinz Dietze serving with 2./(F) Aufklärungsgruppe 122. Based in Italy from the end of 1941 and deployed to North Africa, the Mediterranean, and Southern Italy.

Luftwaffe Wehrpass issued on 13. May 1945 ("Zweitschrift"). Original photo in place. Noted awards: Luftwaffe Pilot's Badge, Combined Luftwaffe Pilot's and Observer's Badge, 1939 War Merit Cross 2nd Class with Swords, 1939 Iron Cross 1st and 2nd Class, Squadron Clasp for Aufklärer in Bronze and Luftwaffe Honor Roll Clasp on 11.12.1944. Campaign list from 1.9.1939 to 2.5.1945. Deployed on the southern front. Also, 43 registered "Feindflüge" enemy flights. Noted on pages 32 and 33.
