Description

A nice grouping to Leutnant der Reserve Friedrich Seiber. He served in WWI as an observer with Flieger-Abt. 230 as well as other air force units. 

WWI Imperial German Observer's Badge. Separately attached enamel emblem on the front. It has no chipping. Hollow construction. Made from tombak. Silvered. The cross of the crown is missing. A nicely worn badge.

3-place medal bar with 1914 Iron Cross 2nd Class, Oldenburg Friedrich August Cross 1914, and Honor Cross of WWI.

WWI Wound Badge in Black. With the matching certificate. Issued by Flieger-Abteilung 230 on 14.8.1918. Signed by a Major.

Wehrmacht Luftwaffe Wehrpass. Issued on 25.3.1943. Original photo in position. All his WWI units are listed on pages 12 and 13. Awards: 1914 Iron Cross 2nd Class, Oldenburg Friedrich August Cross 1914, and WWI Observer's Badge. Listed on page 24. WWI campaign list from 1914 until 1918. Noted on page 30.

Two portrait photos. Among them is a nice photo of him in an aviator's tunic. Postcard format.
