Grouping to Gefreiten Werner Dietrich serving with Infanterie Regiment 209/Grenadier-Regiment 209. 

Certificates

Rare commendation certificate "Anerkennungsurkunde". Issued by the Army High Command on 1. November 1941 to Infanterie-Regiment 209 for the Regiment’s outstanding achievements on the battlefield near Uritzk on 8. October 1941. Facsimile signature by von Brauchitsch. There are two holes and a piece of paper glued on the back. Used condition.

Certificate to 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class. Issued on 16.1.1944. Signed by Generalmajor Curt Siewert, Knight's Cross winner. 

Certificate to East Medal. Issued on 29.7.1942. Signed by a Major. 

Certificate to Wound Badge in Silver. Issued on 19.7.1944. Signed by an Oberfeldarzt. 

Award booklet to German Sports Badge. He was awarded the bronze grade on 25.11.1938. Removed photo.

Badges

1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class with the original ribbon. Iron core. 

Wound Badge in Black. 1st pattern.

SA Sports Badge in Bronze. "Schneider" maker marked. Numbered "238034".

Austrian Anschluss Medal and Sudetenland Medal. With the matching 2-place ribbon bar.

Photos

Six reprints of orignal wartime photos. One photo shows him with the Close Combat Clasp in Silver. 

A large portrait photo of him wearing the German Cross in Gold. We cannot confirm 100% that it is Werner Dietrich. His name is not listed in the books or on websites of German Cross winners. Size: 17.5x24 cm.

Documents

Four period time documents, his SA Sports Badge achievement booklet, and a writing block for the eduction in the field.
