Description

Grouping to Vizefeldwebel Anton Ege serving as an air gunner and engine mechanic with Riesenflugzeug-Abteilung 501.

Excellent WWI Air Gunner Badge. Made by C.E. Juncker Berlin. Maker marked on the back. Two-piece construction. Tombak. Silvered. Very hard to find.

Very nice photos of his serving during World War I with the Imperial German Airforce. It shows him and his comrades, their aircraft, crashed/show down aircraft, the airbase, loading the aircraft with bombs, a funeral, and aerial photos. Also, photos from the interwar period when he worked for the German Reichsbahn. Total: 53 photos

Furthermore a banknote and a Zeppelin postcard.
