The sabre comes with a nice so-called "Steckrückenklinge mit Schör" blade. Excellent three-sided etching with marine motifs. "Hörster Solingen" maker marked. White handle with gilded wire wrapping. No damaged. A lion's head pommel with an inlaid green and red glass eye. Gilded brass hilt fittings. Fold-down shell guard showing an anchor on the front. The small shell guard on the back comes with an acceptance mark and the number "1274". Additionally numbered "782" on the underside. Attached officer's portepee.
Blackened leather scabbard with gilded brass fittings. It has one dent. Each fitting is also numbered. With the matching sabre hangers. Gilded brass fittings with aluminum snap clips. These are fully functional.
