Condulence letter from the "Der Führer des SS-Oberabschnitts Main" SS-Brigadeführer Benno Martin to the mother of a fallen solider. Hand-signed by him. Dated "26.2.1942". Comes in the original envelope.

Martin was awarded the SS Honor Sword "Degen" and the SS Honor Ring. His SS number was 187.117. He served also as Gestapo chief and Higher SS and Police Leader in Nuremberg.
