The front of the ring shows the Luftwaffe eagle and the enameled Norwegian national flag as well as the inscription "Norwegen 1940". A small chip in the enamel. Engraved inside with the initials of the recipient "K.F." and dated "Oslo 27.4.1940". No silver hallmark, but these rings were made from 830 silver.
