A very nice Heer visor cap for officers made by EREL. This visor cap was found in a house in Austria and was never available on the market before.
Branch: infantry. White color piping
Insignia: Excellent aluminum cap eagle and wreath badge original to this cap.
Chin strap: textbook officer's strap. Correct buttons period time attached.
Lining: Fine light-grey color silk lining.
Celluloid diamond: intact
Maker's mark: EREL Sonderklasse. Sold through "OFFIZIER KLEIDERKASSE BERLIN".
Sweat-band: Grey. EREL maker marked. Minor signs of wear.
Two small pin hole underneath the eagle, hover, the eagle is definitely original to the cap. Maybe the position once changed once.
