VIEW DESCRIPTION

An extensive photo album with 408 photos. It documents the service of an infantryman in France, Poland, and Russia.

There are numerous photos from the front showing destroyed buildings and vehicles, foreign prisoners of war, graves of fallen German soldiers, and daily life. The first pages of the album show the construction of a bunker in the forest. Also two nice portrait photos. One shows an SS police member (another photo of him is in the album).

Some photos were taken from the album.
