Description

Early SA Service Dagger. Worn by a member of the SA-Standarte "Feldherrnhalle“. At the beginning of WWII, the members were transferred to Infanterie-Regiment 271 (from 1943 Panzergrenadier-Division "Feldherrnhalle“).

The blade shows on the front the etched motto "Alles für Deutschland". The so-called "Röhm" dedication has been completely removed from the back. Also a large part of the manufacturer's mark of Anton Wingen Solingen. Stains on both sides.

Brown wooden handle with inlaid SA roundel and eagle. No chipping or cracks. Early nickel fittings. "Wm" (Westmark) stamped. Original brown anodized scabbard with nickel fittings. The ball has a small dent. All screws are in place.

Comes with the very rare vertical "Feldherrn" hanger. Soft brown leather hanger. RZM "L2/441/38" maker marked and "Kernstück" marked on the back.

Including the cuff title "Feldherrnhalle“. Machine-woven (Bevo). EM/NCO type. Worn only by members of the SA-Standarte "Feldherrnhalle“, Infanterie-Regiment 271 "Feldherrnhalle“, and Panzergrenadier-Division "Feldherrnhalle“. Still sewn on the field grey cloth (sleeve). Cut off from the tunic. Length: 41.5 cm. Signs of use.
