The sabre comes with an excellent etched blade on three sides. One side shows nice ornaments and the inscription "Kavallerie Regt. 10" on a blued background. The other side also features fine ornamentation and cavalry motifs on a blued background. Flanked by two eagles. "Carl Eickhorn Solingen" maker marked.
Black celluloid grip with wire wrapping (slightly damaged). Nickel-plated zinc handle fittings. Unfortunately, it has some corrosion stains. Black re-painted steel scabbard. One side has a dent.
