Description

Heer M36 field tunic for an infantry Oberfeldwebel. The earliest pattern issued to the Heer was designed with a dark green color and five buttons. This example is 1940 dated. A very late M36 type with a proper M36 collar, not a period time modified one.

Breast eagle: machine-woven. Applied by hand.
Collar tabs: Machine-applied EM/NCO type.
Shoulder boards: slip-on boards for an Infantry Oberfeldwebel.

Lining. Cotton
Stamps: size stamps and "Kleiderfabrik Huber Wien 56" maker marked. "B40" depot marked
Buttons: Period time attached. Complete. Very special "Kunststoff" examples! See close-up.

A medium size tunic with some moth damage. Very little signs of wear.
Including a zinc silver Infantry Assault Badge attached to original loops. One ribbon bar attached through the cloth.
An NCO whistle inside the pocket. The lanyard is attached to a button hiding underneath the shoulder board.
