An untouched Heer visor cap for EM and NCOs named to "Hans Lechner" serving with "3 San Ers Abt.17." A rare EREL "Frischluft" pattern with a ventilation hole inside the cockade.

Branch: Sanitätstruppe. Blue color piping
Insignia: Aluminum cap eagle. Aluminum wreath badge. All prongs in place. Both show exactly the same patina!
Chin strap: textbook black strap for EM and NCOs. Correct buttons period time attached.

Lining: Fine gold color silk.
Celluloid diamond: intact

Maker's mark: EREL marked to the lining and sweat-band
Sweat-band: Signs of wear. Still flexible

No moth damage. Nice colors and shape. Untouched!
