Heer Wehrpass. Issued on 27.12.1939. Original applied photo in general's uniform. His units from 6.3.1894 to 31.3.1943 are listed on pages 12, 13, and 14. Awards: 1914 Iron Cross 1st and 2nd Class, Hessian Medal for Bravery, Hamburg Hanseatic Cross, WWI Wound Badge in Black, Honor Cross of WWI, Air Defense Decoration 1st and 2nd Class, Clasp to 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class, 1939 War Merit Cross 1st and 2nd Class with Swords, and other awards. Some of the awards listed are difficult to read.
