Rare proposal for the award of the German Cross in Gold to SS-Hauptsturmfüher Dr. Helmut Slama serving as an SS-Divisions-Arzt (army doctor). Issued on 01.01.1945 by Panzer-Brigade 150, known as the "150. SS-Panzer-Brigade". Hand-signed by SS-Obersturmbannführer Otto Skorzeny, Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves winner. Very hard to find his signature!

The document has two holes and signs of use.
