Description

All items belonged to Unteroffizier Alois Blätterbinder serving with Schlachtgeschwader 101 and 10.Pz./ Schlachtgeschwader 77. He was promoted an Unteroffizier on 1.12.42. A pilot flying the famous Stuka Ju87 and has destroyed at least one tank by himself. 


Luftwaffe visor cap for EM and NCOs with two original photos of the owner. There is a 1942 dated portrait photo of him wearing exactly the same visor cap! You can see in when looking at a few details.

Branch: Flying troops. Yellow piping.
Insignia: A alumimum cap eagle and wreath badge. There is one prong missing to the wreath badge. Please note that the patina is slightly different so the eagle itself might be a replacement. 
Chin strap: textbook black strap for EM and NCOs. Correct buttons period time attached.

Lining: silk
Celluloid diamond: intact

Maker's mark: none.
Sweat-band: Signs of wear and some damage.

No moth damage.
