Description

Very rare grouping of Marianne and Ferdinand Scheriau. Both were awarded the Golden NSDAP Party Badge (on the same day).

Marianne Scheriau

NSDAP membership booklet. Issued on 20.04.1942. Original photo. She joined the party on 30.09.1926. Facsimile signatures by Hilter and Schwarz. NSDAP membership fee stamps from 1940 until 1944.

Golden NSDAP Party Badge. Small type. Gold-plated tombak badge with an enameled front. It has no chipping. Numbered "50754" on the back. No maker's mark. Pinback.

Certificate to the Golden NSDAP Party Badge. Issued on 09.05.1940. Signed by Reichsschatzmeister Schwarz. The number matches the badge. 

NSDAP membership badge. Enameled type. RZM "M1/151" maker marked. The pin is damaged.

Ferdinand Scheriau

NSDAP membership booklet. Issued on 20.04.1942. Original photo. He joined the party on 30.09.1926. Facsimile signatures by Hilter and Schwarz. NSDAP membership fee stamps from 1940 until 1944.

Golden NSDAP Party Badge. Large type. Gold-plated tombak badge with an enameled front. It has no chipping. "GES.GESCH." marked and numbered "50698" on the back. No maker's mark. Pinback.

Certificate to the Golden NSDAP Party Badge. Issued on 09.05.1940. Signed by Reichsschatzmeister Schwarz. The number matches the badge. 

NSDAP membership badge on buttonhole attachment. Enameled type. RZM "M1/137" maker marked. 

"Gemeinde Naklas - Kreis Krainburg" (Yugoslavia) service stamp.

Ferdinand Scheriau junior (their son). Born in Naklas, Yugoslavia. He served with Kavallerie-Ersatz-Abteilung 18 and Aufklärungs-Abteilung 5. His military service ended on 23.07.1943. Shortly before the end of the war, he served with the German Volkssturm. After the war, he worked from 06.07.1945 until 11.06.1946 for the British Allied Forces as an interpreter and construction manager. 

Wehrmacht Wehrpaß. Issued on 20.01.1939. Original photo. His units are listed on page 12. Awards: 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class, Wound Badge in Black, and Austria Anschluss Medal. Campaign list from 03.12.1939 until 01.08.1941. Comes with all the pages. Some pages have two holes. 

Wehrmacht Wehrpaß "Zweitschrift". Issued on 28.12.1944. Original photo. The Wehrpass shows almost the same entries. Comes with all the pages. The front cover has two holes. 

Deutscher Volkssturm Soldbuch. Issued on 26.03.1945. Original photo. Comes with all the pages. The front cover has two holes. 

Certificates to Wound Badge in Black, 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class, and Austria Anschluss Medal. The Iron Cross certificate was signed by General der Infanterie Richard Ruoff, Knight's Cross winner.
