Eagle: re-attached probably post-war by hand.
Cockade: originally machine attached.
The eagle and cockade do not match in color and condition!
Gromets in place with no lack of color.
Lining: red cotton with manufacturer marking "Bayer. Mützenfabrik München" and size stamp "58".
Cotton sweatband firmly in place. No open seams.
