Luftwaffe forestry knife Waffen-Loesche Berlin Ch. A. W. Matching Nr.

Description

Very rare Luftwaffe bayonet style fighting knife mady by Chromolit-Besteckfabrikc Arthur Wingen (Ch.A.W.). These knives were made with real horn grip plates attached with three screws. Clean bayonet style blade marked with the distributor "Waffen-Loesche Berlin". These knives were sometimes numbered on the blade and scabbard, and so is this one, stamped with the number "204" on the front of the blade and on the front of the scabbard under the scabbard lip. The spine of the blade is marked "H" near the steel oval cross guard as seen on most of these knives. Original black factory painted steel bayonet style scabbard. Brown leather Luftwaffe frog attached.
