Verwundetenabzeichen in Silber und Schwarz, 1. Form. An orignalen Nadelsystemen ohne Herstellermarkierungen. 

Gestiftet am 1. September 1939 durch Adolf Hitler. Für 1 bis 2-malige Verwundung wurde es in schwarz ausgegeben. Soldaten die 3 und 4 mal verwundet wurden erhielten das Abzeichen in Silber.
