Document grouping to the Wehrmacht driving instruction Unteroffizier Anton Schmitt. He served with Panzer Jäger Abteilung 643 (Sfl.) and must have driven a so called "Selbstfahrlafette". His division commander in 1940 was Generalmajor Erwin Rommel. The large size certificate to the Tank Assault Badge in bronze comes with a rare and original signature of Rommel!
The certificate to the Iron Cross 2nd Class comes with an original ink signature Generalfeldmarschall Wilhelm List (Knight's Cross to the Iron Cross). Furthermore there is the certificate to the Wound Badge in silver. Issued in April 1945.
There is his Third Reich work book and both of his driving licenses. He was qualified to driving and instructing! Finally quite a few nice period time Wehrmacht documents which will be a great help researching!
